Scoville Units II (the sequel)

Today was a great learning experience. I'm sure there's a scripture somewhere which says; "physician, heal thyself." I know I'm not a doctor, don't play one on TV and didn't stay at a Holiday Inn Express, however after eating things naturally,  following Coach's advice and eating naturally, my sore throat is no longer sore, my ear doesn't ache like it did this morning. The suggestions about fruits, vegetables, herbs (cloves) and treating my body with water, both hot and cold and warm to hot water to drink all day...I will be able to sleep and feel rested in the morning. Thank you again! You are saving my life! And thank you for allowing me to be part of my own healing process. At the end of the day I feel better than I did waking up and know - I KNOW, I will feel even better tomorrow! I'm all in with this path! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
